  5. What People Are Saying About Dysfunctional Families During The Holidays – I wrote this after returning from a family Thanksgiving event.  WordPress posted this on the Freshly Pressed home page.
  6. 20 Insights For Leaders Who Want To Transform Their Communities – This post came from a conference I helped put on with Mike Linch and NorthStar Church.  I’ll never forget that day.
  7. The Best Leadership Advice I Ever Heard is perfect reading for husbands.
  8. He Is The Most Uninteresting Man In The World is a celebration of ordinary people.
  9. 65 Characteristics Of Alpha Male Leadership was written after reading the book Meat Market.
  10. The 11 Greatest Fears Of Men In Their 40s really struck a nerve with men everywhere. 
  11. How To Change Your World, How To Change The World was not widely read but I think is the key to maximizing those on your team.
  12. Leadership From A Firehose comes from one of my favorite sermons of the year.
  13. The Type Of Leader That Turns God’s Head was written while I was in Anderson, SC.  It is a composite study of one of the most general people I know, Joe Sangl of I Was Broke Now I’m Not.
  14. The Leader I Long To Be was written during a moment of very transparent self-reflection.
  15. 10 Leadership Blogs You Should Be Reading was a great honor for me.  This is a re-post from www.studentlifeguru.com who voted this the 9th best leadership site on the web.
  16. 16 Leadership Principles and Quotes From Secretariat – I’ve written several movie reviews.  This was my favorite movie of the year.  “Let him run Ronnie!  Let him run!”
  17. Depression – Be On Guard was a great help to many people.  I’m really proud of this post.
  18. If Your Marriage Is Failing… – I have a huge burden for failing marriages.  Please read this and whatever you have to do, STAY MARRIED!!!!
  19. Everyone Has Tape On You and Other Leadership Lessons from Adalius Thomas – You may never know the impact that your leadership is having.  This post will put that into perspective.
  20. 10 Things That Wake Leaders Up At 2:00 AM – A good blog should solve issues that wake you up at 2:00 AM.  Thus the name of the post.
