Leaders love quotes.  Quotes simply capture what we are thinking and feelings and puts into words.  The following are some of my favorite quotes from the last month.

  2. “I need to put on my glasses so I can talk to God.” – My wife right before a morning prayer time.  We still laugh about this.
  3. “If you’re leaving a guy in Triple A because of service issues (to save money), I don’t think you holding up your end of the bargain with your players and your manager.” – Atlanta Braves GM Frank Wren
  4. “We’re close (to the Steelers).  They make the extra play.  That’s what championship teams do.  We’re not there yet.” – Baltimore Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti
