It is always enlightening when leaders discuss the qualities of other leaders.  And the most influential young leader in America currently is Tim Tebow.

On this week’s ESPN Monday Night Countdown, there was a great conversation about what makes Tebow so special.  Pay attention to the comments because they came from five great football players and one good one (Trent Dilfer) commenting on another football player.

If you’re a young leader looking for success, influence, and respect, these insights are invaluable and should be understood and implemented as part of your leadership.

Trent Dilfer

  • Tebow Has The Ability To Rise And Meet Challenges. – “As I’ve studied great players I’ve noticed one thing.  They’re at their best when the situation is the most difficult.”
  • Tebow Maintains Proper Focus. – “We’ve all made it about Tim Tebow, the media.  The fans have made it all about Tim Tebow.  You know who hasn’t made it about Tim Tebow – Tim Tebow.”
