What a way to start off the year!  January 2012 turned out to be the most successful month in the history of the this site with 32% growth over December 2011.  Several factors contributed to this:

When you add value by pointing people to other great people and resources, you only increase your value.  My Top 20 Christian Bloggers and Top 25 Tweeters both went viral, primarily because many of those mentioned forwarded the posts to their readers. 

Also, I am discovering my primary tribe is located on Facebook.  The amount of movement on the Francis Chan and Ray Lewis posts via Facebook was amazing!  Another item of note is three of the Top 10 concerned the historic Passion 2012 Conference.
