Proof Andy Stanley Is More Popular Than Tom Cruise

What we learned in June 2014 is Andy Stanley Is More Popular Than Tom Cruise – at least to the readers of this site.  While  20 Leadership Lessons And Quotes From The Tom Cruise Movie Edge Of Tomorrow finished 2nd overall for the month with 8 Alternative Reasons Why Andy Stanley Took On The Southern Baptists coming in 3rd, the Cruise action film got a 9-day head start.  Stanley’s post actually averaged 54% most readers per day than Cruise’s Edge of Tomorrow.

The lesson for leaders is to speak to your core audience.  Speak to those most loyal to you.  Smart business leaders know the ones most likely to buy from you are those who have made previous purchases.  Focus on them.

This site is made up primarily of Christian leaders.  They spoke to us this past month through their readership numbers.  I will continue to speak to them in the future.
