It is with a spirit of thankfulness I write this year-end post. Because of God’s blessings and your faithfulness, this site became the 21st Most Read Christian Leadership Blog on the internet. It is an honor to serve you and has been a privilege to connect with many of you at conferences, on the phone or simply through Twitter or Facebook.
To give 2015 some context, I want to break down the most read posts as determined by you the readers. The trends from the past year are very similar to previous years. Therefore, you can expect more of the same type of content in 2016.

- 25 Leadership Quotes And Lessons From McFarland, USA – Kevin Costner starred in this movie about the formation of a high-school cross country team. This is a great family movie and one of my favorite films of the year.
- The Top 30 Blogs Christian Leaders Need To Read In 2015 – My Top 30 Blogs list is a permanent fixture to my annual Top 10 list. I will post the 2016 list during the afternoon of December 31st.
- 17 Leadership Quotes And Lessons From Bridge Of Spies – Tom Hanks is the best actor of my generation. This would have been a Lifetime movie without him. You can’t take your eyes off of any scene he is in.
- 19 Leadership Quotes And Lessons From Jurassic World – The movie was a global phenomenon and its impact was felt on this site as well.
- 41 Leadership Lessons And Quotes From Do You Believe? The Movie – Once again, Christian films played a significant role last year in the success of this site. I LOVED this movie!
- 32 Leadership Quotes And Lessons From Creed – If Sylvester Stallone does not win a Best Supporting Actor award, they should cancel the Oscars. Of course I said the same thing last year about Tom Hanks and the Best Actor Award for Captain Phillips.
