In 2012, I was in a leadership forum with one of America’s leading evangelical voices and he said something which gave each of us in attendance a sense of pause.  He predicted that by 2020 if you preach certain passages of Scripture in America, you would be arrested for facilitating a hate crime.

As we sit here in 2016 I fear he was right.  There is a death of common sense in our nation.  Pastors now must have more courage and conviction than at any point in my lifetime.  I pray God’s anointing and protection on their ministries.

Many of this week’s posts address such issues as courage, conviction, weathering storms, fear, loneliness, and pain.  You will want to bookmark these posts and revisit them often.  They will be a great resource for you.
