Mistakes are part of leadership. The issue is not will you mess up – you will. The issue is not will you ever fall down – you will. The primary issue is how will you handle it? Will you stay down and allow failure to defeat you? Or will you do what all successful leaders do? All successful leaders get back up, learn from their mistakes, and keep moving forward.
