This week my good friend Chad Aukland was teaching a group of pastors about stewardship and generosity when he said these words, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go with a team.” Chad’s words cut me to the core because too often in my life I have been far too self-reliant and not enough of a team builder and delegator.
