I agree with Atlanta weatherman David Chandley who wrote on Facebook Wednesday morning, “The thunder you heard early this morning was the standing ovation in heaven for this man, as Billy Graham has passed away. It was an honor in 1994 to interview him before his last Atlanta crusade. He was a towering man, but made me feel at ease. Oh how I wish I had a photo from that day. Some how the scripture ‘well done good and faithful servant’ is just not enough for this man. I am happy that there is eternity in heaven, because it will take that long in the visitation line.” The tributes to Dr. Graham were numerous but the following were 10 of my personal favorites:
