I love leaders! Nothing significant happens in this world apart from leadership. Leaders dream big, build teams, overcome obstacles, develop their skills, and pay the price necessary for organizations to advance.
Here is something very interesting about leaders – they are very homogenous. They mainly stay in their area of discipline. That’s understandable – we teach people to play to their strengths.
However, if you are a regular reader of this site, you are part of a very unique Leadership Tribe.  All different types of leaders read this site – pastors, church staff, coaches, parachurch leaders, non-profits leaders, educators, executives, parents, housewives, students, sales personnel, motivational speakers, and many others. We come from all walks of life as well as many countries and faith backgrounds.
Therefore, I have created a new page at the top of this site called The Leadership Tribe. You are part of this tribe. The purpose of this page is for leaders from all walks of life to tell their stories so we learn from each other. We have a unique opportunity to cross-pollinate our learnings. Pastors can learn from educators. Executives can learn from coaches. Leaders from different countries can learn from each other and share experiences.  And so on and so on.
Leaders can share the following:
- Your successes.
- Your failures.
- What works for you and what doesn’t.
- I want you to promote your favorite leadership blogs (including your own), Linkedin networks, and twitter accounts.
- If you’ve written a book, tell us about it.
- Communicate big events coming up in your organization.
- Just tell us about your life, your experiences, and how you got to where you are today.
- Etc….
Nowhere in the cyber-world have I found a website that aggregates leadership knowledge. This tribe can create that movement. Start commenting today. I look forward to hearing from you and so does everyone else.
