Have you ever seen something that challenged your assumptions about life?  Here was an assumption that I had – Leaders Were Not Born. They Were Made.

The video below is teaching me that may not always be the case.  Notice the two babies.

• Who is passionate about his position?
• Who owns the vision to a point that he will tell anyone he meets about it?
• Who has such great people skills that he makes the other laugh and be at ease with themselves?
• Who has great body language?
