August was an absolutely incredible month for this site!!! I want to begin by thanking each of you for your patience with the changes we made in July. I trust it has made the site better for you. We have added some advertisers and I encourage you to visit the Catalyst and Take Out Conference ads. These are two incredible events coming up in October that I think every growing leader, Christian or otherwise, should attend.
In short, August had the most traffic and was the most widely visited month in this site’s history. Once again, thank you!!!

Finally, I want to make you aware of something my friend Van Baird of www.vanblogs.com made me aware of. On Tuesday evenings between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM EST, go to Twitter and use the hashtag #leadershipchat. It is a moderated, on-line chat about various aspects of leadership. Very cool and you’ll connect with some great leaders.
In closing, thank you for your interaction and comments. I can’t wait for September as we take the next step in our leadership journey together.
