The Top 10 Leadership Posts I Read The Week Of June 16th

At the conclusion of each year I write the The Top Leadership Posts I Read The Previous Year.  When I compile this year’s list in December I would not be surprised if a minimum of five posts from this week’s list are included.

This may be the best, most important and heart-felt, gut-wrenching Top 10 list I have ever compiled.  Every Christian leader should read the posts by Lyn Smith, Mary DeMuth and Ed Stetzer at a minimum.

The following are The Top 10 Leadership Posts I Read The Week Of June 16th:

  1. 5 Game-Changing Tips For Worship Leaders: Part 1 – Keep It Fresh by Mark Clement.  This is the first of an awesome 5-part series every church leader needs to read.
  2. Jesus Goes To Starbucks by Scott Couchenour.  If you are in ministry and experiencing burn out, you must read Scott’s Serving Strong website.  This post is one of my favorites because of how much it encouraged me personally.
  3. Dear Man In Prison by Mary DeMuth.  One of the best blog posts I have ever read.
  4. Here’s How To Win By Spurs Head Coach Gregg Popovich by Derwin Gray
  5. Andy Stanley Clarifies That Critical Revival Tweets Were Meant For Local Church by Morgan Lee via The Christian Post.  For my views on Andy”s interaction with the Southern Baptists, click here.
