The Top 10 Leadership Posts I Read The Week Of August 17th

I was reminded during a conversation today with an old friend that solutions happen not because of “The How”, but “The Who”.  “The Who” also matters more than “The What” and “The When”.

The solution to every problem is a person.  If you want to get better as a church, team or organization, get the right leader in place.
