1. You probably already have enough vision.
2. People will say vision is everything. I’m not sure it is.
3. You’re problem back home is not a vision crisis. It is a strategy crisis.
4. Most leaders can cast a very clear vision but few can cast a clear strategy.
5. You’ve taken fundamentally incompatible systems and tried to blend them together.
6. Mission and vision determine intention. Strategy determines direction.
7. Strategy initially divides but ultimately unites every congregation.
8. Vision is pretty unifying.
9. When you say our approach to worship has to change, that’s when the guns come out.
