The Top 10 Leadership Posts I Read The Week Of August 1st

Trusted and sustainable leadership is something that takes a lifetime to build but can be lost at a moment in time.  The leadership journey is a process.  It requires diligence, faith, perseverance, courage, and steadfastness over an extended period of time.  You must also be willing to make mistakes, own up to those mistakes, learn and then get better.
