I once asked Ike Reighard, Senior Pastor of Piedmont Church, why he seemed to have so many long-lasting relationships. He said, “Brian, I’m intentional about maintaining these friendships. I send texts, have regularly scheduled calls, and am just generally proactive about staying in touch.”
If building and maintaining relationships is important to you, and as a leader how could it not be, then this week’s Top 10 list is for you.
Before getting to the list, you can count on one hand the number of American pastors who have grown a church to over 30,000 in average weekend attendance. Perry Noble, founder of The Growth Company, is one of those individuals. On March 21-22, he is hosting on Pastors Roundtable designed to help you grow your church. There is so much in this man’s brain you could extract. Click HERE for more information.
