The Top 10 Leadership Posts I Read The Week Of May 22nd

How should a leader handle his or her individual success?  There is currently a lot of talk about who is the greatest basketball player of all-time – Michael Jordan or LeBron James?  In today’s edition of the USA Today, James says, “It’s great for barbershops, but for me I’m just trying to put my mark on the game and leave a legacy behind.”

James is measuring his success by the quality of legacy he is leaving behind.  Good words.
