If you are someone who is wanting to grow as a leader, I cannot recommend the EntreLeadership Podcast hosted by Ken Coleman enough. New episodes release every Monday morning. It is one of my go-to resources for personal growth. I never miss an episode.
This week’s guests were Bryan Miles and his wife Shannon, Co-Founders and CEO of BELAY Solutions. In conjunction with the release of Bryan’s wonderful new book Virtual Culture: The Way We Work Doesn’t Work Anymore., they joined Ken for an insightful conversation on how getting work done is completely changing. Bottom line – you don’t have to go into the office anymore!!! Well, you may want to check with your supervisor first 🙂
A video of a portion of their time together is provided above. In an attempt to serve you well, I have included 23 Lessons On Creating A Thriving Workplace Culture I gleaned from their conversation.
Also, if you do not yet have your copy of Bryan’s book, I cannot recommend it enough. You can get your copies Here. Now onto the leadership lessons.
