Earlier this week I posted My #1 Piece Of Advice To Millennials which got incredible response. So much so, I wanted to write a follow-up post on best practices for selecting millennials for your organization.
This April 26th – 28th, the NFL will hosts its annual draft. 32 teams will select 192 twenty-somethings (millennials) to join their teams.
One of my favorite analysts, the brilliant Trent Dilfer, appeared on the April 19th broadcast of The Rich Eisen Show (shown above). One of main topics discussed was Dilfer’s thoughts on projected Top 10 pick UCLA quarterback Josh Rosen.
The following are 20 Things You Should Know About Selecting Millennial Leaders For Your Organization I gleaned from Dilfer about Rosen and other young leaders coming into the NFL. The first 11 quotes addressed Rosen directly.
