Today, Shawn Lovejoy, the founder and CEO of Courage To Lead, taught an incredible session on the subject of momentum. It is as fine as coaching on the topic as I have ever heard.

- Momentum, we all want it, don’t we? If we got it we certainly don’t want to lose it. If we’ve lost it we do anything legally, ethically to get it back.
- When we have momentum it feels like less effort produces more fruit.
