Kevin is currently the CEO of Junction 32.

- A brand is just a reputation, the scaling of your reputation.
- You are not your church.
- God gave you something of value separate from the church.
- The church has its own megaphone. Who is following the church and who is following me?
- 60-20-20 Rule – 60% of your time on social media should be about someone else. 20% of your content is about your day-in-the-life. People trust people. 20% you as a pastor should talk about the church directly.
- People follow people, not organizations.
- We can’t change the ways human beings operate. People operate and make decisions from a place of safety.
- Online invisibility hurts your offline credibility.
- Be a guide online, not the hero.
- Share your success. People want to trust you. They want to know whether to make you a digital mentor or not. Authority breeds credibility which brings trust.
