Before getting to this week’s Top 10 list, I want to share a thought with you from Mark Cuban. Mark said, “In college, you pay to learn. After college, you are paid to learn.” Leaders are learners and Mark would tell you the most successful ones are continual learners. FYI, I am continually learning a lot on what makes a successful culture from Ben Horowitz’s new book What You Do Is Who You Are: How to Create Your Business Culture. I suggest you check it out HERE. It would make a great Christmas gift.
