  1. Many people watching this right now your pace is too fast. Your pace is unsustainable.
  2. The leadership pace is at a place that is unsustainable.
  3. Many of us are not as successful as we look internally.
  4. Because I’m a man of faith I compare it against the Word of God.
  5. Jesus accomplished everything in three years and was never running to His next appointment.
  6. Stride means to walk with long, decisive steps in a specific direction.
  7. The pace of walking lasts longer.
  8. The pace of grace is the sweet spot between great results and genuine rest.
  9. Is everything in your leadership moving at the same pace? Do you have leadership unity?
  10. The pace is not fast or slow. The pace is set.
  11. When you find the right pace, it’s easy for your team to follow you.
  12. We don’t need leaders who do great things for a short time. We need leaders who will be here.
  13. Being on pace allowed me to love and lead my family.
  14. Everything I’ve “achieved” doesn’t matter because I can enjoy everything I have.
  15. It doesn’t matter if your business is successful if you’re not successful.
  16. Poor pace produces missed moments, the meaning, and missed miracles.
  17. The right pace allows you to be present and being present is a gift to you.
  18. Get a vision of yourself rested, whole.
  19. Vision is what you see when your eyes are closed. Sight is what you see when your eyes are open.
  20. Make it visual. Write it down.  Nothing is real until you write it down.
  21. Be verbal. Tell somebody you’re changing your pace up.
  22. Once you make your vision visual and verbal, don’t violate it.
  23. The results are then going to come and you will have added value.
  24. Pace brings peace and peace brings true prosperity.
  25. Success is not just where you end up. It’s how you get there.
