  1. Toxic Cultures Are Doomed For Failure – “Your organization can have great systems.  Your organization can have great teams.  Your organization can have all the funding and financing you need.  But if your culture is toxic, your culture is unhealthy, your culture is not congruent to who you are, it is going to fail.”
  2. Toxic Cultures Are More Powerful Than Big Visions – “A toxic culture will eat vision for lunch.”
  3. Toxic Cultures Destroy Vision – “Your vision sits in the crucible of your culture.”
  4. A Toxic Culture Is Not How You Do Things – “Culture is simply ‘This is how we do things here.'”

Are you aggressively monitoring your culture?  If not, you may become victim to Culture Erosion which could result in a toxic culture eating your vision and previous hard work for lunch.
