6. Goals don’t determine success. Systems determine success.
7. You don’t rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.
8. If the bathroom is dirty the kitchen might be dirty.
9. Strong systems make good people look great.
10. Bad systems make great people look bad.
11. Systems trump mission statements. What happens in the halls trump what’s written on the walls.
12. Systems create behaviors. Behaviors become habits.  Habits drive outcomes.

14. In any part of your life, if you want a better outcome create a better system.
15. Small changes in your systems create massive changes in your outcomes.
16. You either have systems by intent or by default.
17. Your system is the result of what you created or tolerating.
18. One of the most spiritual things you can do is get organized.
