Michael Lombardi, author of the classic book Gridiron Genius: A Master Class in Building Teams and Winning at the Highest Level and writer of the wonderful daily leadership blog The Daily Coach, is one of my trusted voices when it comes to organizational leadership, talent evaluation, and building winning cultures.
