\u00a0Everyday.<\/li>\n<li>It is much more difficult to cast vision than you think.<\/li>\n<li>A compelling vision solves a problem.<\/li>\n<li>One thing about vision is it has to be repeatable.<\/li>\n<li>Just when you (feel you) have said it (the vision) enough is when it is starting to register (in your people).<\/li>\n<li>People want to follow a confident leader.<\/li>\n<li>The goal of our church should be the mayor of our city comes to us and says, “Don’t close the doors to your church.”<\/li>\n<li>What do I want them (the people) to do? \u00a0You have to be really specific about this.<\/li>\n<li>If you don’t have enough money and you don’t have enough volunteers that means your vision is outpacing your resources and that is a really good thing.<\/li>\n<li>Reward the behavior you want repeated.<\/li>\n<li>When you combine gratitude with vision casting that is powerful.<\/li>\n<li>As a lead pastor you need to be collecting stories on a regular basis.<\/li>\n<li>If there are no stories of wins that’s an issue…The warning light on your leadership dashboard should be blinking.<\/li>\n<li>The way you multiply your vision is to get more people talking about it. \u00a0If you’re the only one talking about it, there is a lid.<\/li>\n<li>What did you do today to build your business?
