{"id":18860,"date":"2016-09-06T20:17:03","date_gmt":"2016-09-07T00:17:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/briandoddonleadership.com\/?p=18860"},"modified":"2016-09-06T20:17:03","modified_gmt":"2016-09-07T00:17:03","slug":"6-reasons-a-leader-remains-in-leadership-and-why-many-do-not","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/briandoddonleadership.com\/2016\/09\/06\/6-reasons-a-leader-remains-in-leadership-and-why-many-do-not\/","title":{"rendered":"6 Reasons A Leader Remains In Leadership And Why Many Do Not"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>This is a post I have wanted to write for a long time.<\/strong> \u00a0There are countless articles written on how to become a successful leader. \u00a0In fact, I have added many logs to that fire. \u00a0But there are very few posts, articles and books written on how to REMAIN a successful leader.<\/p>\n<p>Lasting leadership is a topic many people do not address. \u00a0Perhaps it has become so rare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The following are 6\u00a0Reasons A Leader Remains In Leadership And Why Many Do Not<\/strong>. \u00a0To describe this type of individual, I took each letter of the word &#8220;REMAIN&#8221; and built a profile of someone who remains in leadership for an extended period of time. \u00a0See if you know someone like this.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R &#8211; Resilience<\/strong> &#8211; This speaks to passion. \u00a0Nowhere in the Bible did God call someone to an easy task. \u00a0No matter what a person faces, the calling on this person&#8217;s life is so strong they will press into and through the issues they are facing.
