Young people will move away from having hierarchy. I am more attracted to intimate than big.<\/li>\n<li>How do we drive towards intimate? How do we drive towards small?<\/li>\n<li>In 2000 when we started Catalyst, people were driven towards content. In 2016, you still want content but connection will bring you back.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aggregator, Coach And Curator \u2013 A New Kind of Leader.<\/strong> The conductor is the picture of a new kind of leader going forward. Leaders today are in the trenches with their team. Their fingernails are dirty.<\/li>\n<li>Young leaders want you to coach them. No one wants to be managed anymore.<\/li>\n<li>We have to have EQ as much as we have IQ.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Q&A<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Everyone on the team must understand people walk in with different perspectives.<\/li>\n<li>Everyone must know each other very well.<\/li>\n<li>Nobody\u2019s walking in anymore expecting to wait their turn and wait in line to get something done.<\/li>\n<li>The flattening of organizations is occurring.<\/li>\n<li>Doing a stupid task for my boss will repel eagles.<\/li>\n<li>We lead like we were led but we have to reverse the cycle.<\/li>\n<li>Trends are changing way faster than they\u2019ve ever changed.<\/li>\n<li>The church should actually be setting the trends in the way organizational leadership should be done.<\/li>\n<li>Politics is not trendsetting.
