leadership.<\/p>\n<p>This past September <strong>President Barack Obama was interviewed\u00a0Britain’s Prince Harry<\/strong> on\u00a0BBC Radio 4’s Today program as part of the Invictus Games. \u00a0Regardless of what you think of President Obama’s politics, he provided some incredible insights into his post-presidency leadership.<\/p>\n<p>As I read a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/news\/world\/2017\/12\/27\/prince-harry-barack-obama\/983582001\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">USA Today article<\/a> detailing their conversation, I gleaned\u00a0<strong>11 Things Leaders Will Miss When They Are No Longer Leading<\/strong>. \u00a0All comments are from President Obama.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Leaders Will Miss Having A Certain Level Of Authority When They Are No Longer Leading<\/strong> – \u00a0“I have to rely more on persuasion than legislation.”<\/li>\n<li class=\"p-text\"><strong>Leaders Will Miss Their Team When They Are No Longer Leading –\u00a0<\/strong>\u201cI miss my team.”<\/li>\n<li class=\"p-text\"><strong>Leaders Will Miss Their Level Of Influence When They Are No Longer Leading –\u00a0<\/strong>“Everything you do every day you know can affect millions and billions of people in some cases”<\/li>\n<li class=\"p-text\"><strong>Leaders Will Miss The Intellectual Challenge When class=\"p-text\"><strong>Leaders Will Miss The Support Of Others When They Are No Longer Leading –\u00a0<\/strong>“have learned to support each other”<\/li>\n<li class=\"p-text\"><strong>Leaders Will Miss Having People Rely On Them When They Are No Longer Leading –\u00a0<\/strong>“rely on each other, I miss that.”<\/li>\n<li class=\"p-text\"><strong>Leaders Will Miss\u00a0Fascinating And Rewarding Work When They Are No Longer Leading –\u00a0<\/strong>\u201cI miss the work itself because it was fascinating and rewarding”<\/li>\n<li class=\"p-text\"><strong>Leaders Will Miss Doing Work That Benefits Others When They Are No Longer Leading –\u00a0<\/strong>“you knew that even if the politics of a certain issue didn\u2019t always work out well that by doing a good job there was somebody out
