&#8220;I&#8217;m not vindictive, but I&#8217;m blessed with a very good memory.\u00c2\u00a0 You wait, you keep quiet and you take advantage of an opportunity when it comes.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Charles Woodson<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Relationship Between Talent And Creativity <\/strong>&#8211; The improved play of the secondary has allowed Charles Woodson to be more creative.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;If<strong> Obama&#8217;s <\/strong>not going to come see us at the Super Bowl, then we&#8217;ll just have to go see him in Washington.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Continual Improvement <\/strong>&#8211; Doing What Is Best For The Organization Even When It is Unpopular<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Thompson made wise decisions even though some of them <strong>outraged the fans<\/strong>.\u00c2\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Thompson\u00c2\u00a0<strong>cares little<\/strong> if the\u00c2\u00a0fans like him.\u00c2\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>When former team president Bob Harlan hired him, he stated <strong>&#8220;I didn&#8217;t hire him <\/strong>to be good with the press.\u00c2\u00a0 I hired him to build a football team.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Thompson angered <a title=\"Brett Favre\" href=\"www.officialbrettfavre.com\/\">Brett Favre<\/a> <\/strong>by not releasing him so he could join the Vikings or Bears.\u00c2\u00a0 Instead he traded him to the Jets.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Dom Capers<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Continuity\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211; The team&#8217;s defensive improvement came from an increased comfort level with the scheme.\u00c2\u00a0 In year one of Dom Capers&#8217; scheme, there was too much thinking and not enough reacting.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Content &#8211;<\/strong> Capers travels with crates of spiral notebooks full of schemes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>There Is A Difference Between Sensing An Opportunity And Seizing It <\/strong>&#8211; &#8220;That long (Super Bowl) halftime show.\u00c2\u00a0 It gave us a chance to diagnose the guys and find out who we&#8217;d have in the second half, and when we did, it allowed us to fix our calls and figure out what we were going to do.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Responsibility <\/strong>&#8211;
