The responsibility of leadership is the stewardship of influence.  Leaders have an innate ability to raise people to a higher level making them believe they can accomplish more than they ever dreamed possible.  On the other hand, leaders can destroy the spirits of those they are called to serve and make them feel worthless.

These truths are evident in my weekly Top 10 list.  As you read each post, ask yourself, “Am I a leader who raises people up or tears them down?”
