Before getting to this week’s Top 10 list I want to give an interesting leadership lesson I learned this week. Did you know almost every smile comes as a response to someone else smiling first? It’s true. One thing about leaders is we always go first. So this next week, let’s smile first and watch the impact this one simple act makes on those we are called to influence.
