I am currently reading John Maxwell’s new book Leadershift: The 11 Essential Changes Every Leader Must Embrace.  I am 60 pages in and have discovered it is another Maxwell classic!  Before getting this week’s Top 10 list, here are three quotes which will make you a better leader:
