The Top 10 Leadership Posts I Read The Week Of March 25th

Before getting to this week’s Top 10 list, I want to share an incredible definition of leadership I read this week.  James Kerr writes in his incredible book Legacy: What The All Blacks Can Teach Us About The Business Of Life, “A true leader is called to ‘leave the jersey in a better place’… our first responsibility is to be a good ancestor.” 

In other words, we get to choose our legacy.  We get to choose what we leave behind and the size of our leadership shoes which will need to be filled.  We get to choose what is written on our gravestone.  Ponder those thoughts as you read this week’s list.
