Before getting to this week’s Top 10 list, I want to share with you my greatest learning from this past week.  Many leaders are very familiar with The Law of the Harvest which teaches you will reap what you sow, more than you sow, and later than you sow.

John Maxwell on this week’s podcast added a twist I had never heard before.  He said, “Reaping is automatic.  Sowing is optional.”  In other words, a reaping is going to happen.  Count on it.  However, you determine what you sow and its affect on the harvest.

So how did you do this week as a sower?  Wait – no need to answer.  We will all find out when the harvest comes in.

The following are some posts from the previous week you may have missed.  I hope you enjoy them the second time around.
