- “Pareto says the top 20% of your priorities will give you an 80% return if you spend 80% of your time on the top 20% of your priorities.”
- “You have to evaluate or stalemate.”
- “Pareto says if you’ve got 10 things to do, you shouldn’t be doing 10 things. He says you should basically be doing two things.”
- “20% of the information produces 80% of the decisions. You don’t need to know everything.”
- “20% of the people will take 80% of your time and it’s almost always the wrong people… If they’re coming to you, they’re the wrong 20% almost always.”
