Yesterday I posted The United States Navy SEALs Ethos.  It went viral as it should have.  As a result, I received an email from a friend of mine who is an incredible leader and former Army Ranger.  To continue the conversation of honoring our troops, he provided the image below and wrote “Plenty of similarity to the SEAL Ethos, but of note, the specific reference to and montra of ‘leading the way’ which has a pretty cool interesting origin from WWI if you get a chance to research it.  Also, reference to staying ‘morally straight.’  But I’m a bit biased :)”  As he should be.

What is one thing you learned from the Army Rangers which can make you a better leader?
