Alan Stein, Jr. is one of the greatest personal coaches, public speakers, and motivators you will come across.  In fact, his book Raise Your Game: High-Performance Secrets from the Best of the Best was recently named one of the 100 Best Productivity Books Of All Time.  I would agree it should be on the list.  The book is that good!
