Everyone reading this article wants to either have a leader worth following or be a leader worth following. The question is how do you become such a leader?
Previously, I wrote an article entitled 9 Leadership Lessons from Trevor Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguar’s Improbable Comeback Victory. Consistent, present, fully-invested in your team and its success, match the moment, and remain calm. If you do these things you have a very good chance to be a leader who is easy to follow.
