My new book Mighty: 7 Skills You Need to Move from Pandemic to Progress releases today! Mighty is my fourth book, so which one if my favorite? Well, they are all like my kids. You can’t really pick a favorite. But here is an interesting thing about each one:
- The 10 Indisputable Practices of the 2-Minute Leader was my first book and is now a coaching course. This book allowed me to put my name on something and plant my flag in this world.
- Timeless: 10 Enduring Practices of Apex Leaders answered a question I needed an answer to – Are there common threads amongst the best leaders and organizations in the world. The answer is “Yes”. This book is really a very entertaining research project discussing those threads.
- 2021 The Year In Leadership: The Stories of Faith, Business, and Life Which Inspired Us All is the book I always wanted to write. It was the chronological look at an entire year!
I love these three books and the responses to each from the readers has been overwhelming. But each of these books was written for me. My flag, my question, and the book I always wanted to write.
