The following are The Top 10 Books Leaders Should Read in the Fall of 2024 in alphabetical order by author except for the first one:

  • The Why Is Everything: A Story of Football, Rivalry, and Revolution by Mike Silver – This is the book I’m looking most forward to this Fall. When Kyle Shanahan became the NFL’s youngest offensive coordinator in 2008, he had one prevailing rule: Tell me the why. Shanahan and the members of his coaching tree—including Sean McVay, Mike McDaniel, Raheem Morris, and Matt LaFleur—came up in a sport where innovation was the exception, not the rule. Less than a decade after their emergence, these men are the stars of their profession and have helped propel the NFL to new heights of viewership and drama. With The Why Is Everything, Silver reveals how it all happened, and in the process gives us a timeless account of friendship, rivalry, and the never-ending pursuit of perfection.
  • Carlo Ancelotti: Quiet Leadership: Winning Hearts, Minds, and Matches by Carlo Ancelotti – arlo Ancelotti is one of the greatest managers of all time, with five Champions League titles to his name. Yet his approach could not be further from the aggressive theatricals favored by many of his rivals. His understated style has earned him the fierce loyalty of players like David Beckham, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and Cristiano Ronaldo. In Quiet Leadership, Ancelotti reveals the full, riveting story of his managerial career—his methods, mentors, mistakes, and triumphs—and takes us inside the dressing room to trace the characters, challenges, and decisions that have shaped him. The result is both a scintillating memoir and a rare insight into the business of leadership.

And you can know the future when you know who holds it.”  What Happens Next is an optimistic, accessible, and nonsensational guide to what the Bible says about heaven’s time line that will empower you to face the future with faith. Max takes you on a well-researched overview of what God’s Word says, exploring the following four big ideas that provide a solid foundation for understanding God’s eternal plan.
