2018 was an incredible year for this site!  I cannot thank you, the readers, enough for your constant faithfulness in returning on a regular basis.  It is an honor to invest in your leadership.

  3. 16 Leadership Quotes And Lessons from Mission Impossible – Fallout – The thing I respect most about Tom Cruise is he absolutely owns the results of his films.  He stars, produces, and literally risks his life so a quality product can be delivered.  He does whatever it takes.  Are you giving as much to make your organization successful.
  4. 18 Leadership Quotes And Lessons From The Post Movie – Do you want to get better as an organization?  Then get better leaders.  When you employ the services of Tom Hanks and Meryl Streep you are guaranteed to have a great movie.  Everything rises and falls on leadership.
  5. The Top 30 Christian Leaders You Should Follow On Twitter in 2018 – This is always one of my most popular and controversial posts.  To see who made 2019’s list, check back on Monday, January 7th.
  6. 29 Leadership Quotes And Lessons From I Can Only Imagine The Movie – Each year a Christian-based film makes the Top 10.  This true-life saga of Mercy Me lead singer Bart Millard was one of the best films I saw last year.  I expect this year’s Christian film Breakthrough to be as equally popular.
  7. The Top 35 Blogs Christian Leaders Need To Read In 2018 – Also one of my most popular posts of the year.  Check back on January 1st for 2019’s list.
  8. 21 Leadership Quotes And Lessons From 12 Strong: The Declassified True Story of the Horse Soldiers – Each year it seems a military film (usually released in January) makes the list.  I absolutely loved this movie starring Chris Hemsworth.  When you see a movies like these you are overwhelmed at the commitment, skill, training, teamwork, and sacrifice of our troops.  These brave men and women are true heroes.
  9. 10 Books Every Leader Should Read This Summer – Each quarter I release my seasonal reading list.  The summer list make the year’s Top 10.  In January I will be releasing my winter reading list.
  10. 38 Leadership Quotes And Lessons From Creed 2 – If both Michael B. Jordan (Best Actor) and Sylvester Stallone (Best Supporting Actor) are not selected for Academy Awards, it will be a major oversight.  Great leaders create sustainable and lasting organizations.  Do you realize the Rocky franchise has lost over 40 years!
