One of my favorite leadership axioms is you never have to recover from a good start.  As I reflect on the month of January, I am reminded of that phrase.  January was simply an amazing month from this site!

Our audience continued to grow as many more people became part of our leadership community and are daily consuming the content produced.  I can’t thank you enough for reading the articles and sharing them with your network.
